Gratitude - Change Your Attitude with Gratitude

If you are ever having a rough day, you can change your attitude with a little gratitude. When things aren't going right or how you planned take a few moments to reflect on what you are grateful for in your life. By the law of attraction , what ever we focus on we tend to get more of, so if we focus on the things we are grateful for in life we will tend to get more things to be grateful for.

You can write what you are grateful for in a gratitude journal. Doing this activity dailiy will put you in an "Attitude of Gratitude".

Some people will carry a gratitude rock or special stone in their pocket and everytime they touch it they will go through their gratitude list in their minds.

Which ever way you choose remember to be grateful today!
